Thanks for the link. But after skimming through the stuff my head started spinning, hence I would leave it to Dave's accountants/tax laywers to sort all that out. They should know what they are doing, hopefully.

As long as PRB has 24 months to spend the $26M, that would be fine, since Dave can use his existing ~$30M to do whatever, including paying off the lumber people for their claims?
