Land Package is too pricey right now I heard 25 million. Whomever gets involved will be underground mining...unless gold gets to 1800 or better.

Truth is by the time the permitting gets in place etc....it will be 2-3 years and gold will be much higher AEG has 97 % of what they still bought. If we see a large cross it could be AEG selling to anonymous to get out of the play. Then we might see a low dollar takeout...

AEG had a stope based mine not do so good 2 years ago in Quebec.

I think the East Limb is critical for 3 reasons.

• find gold their ( feasible gold ) then leave a drill at Borden on slow burn.
• better 100 % land position.
• If they find another deposit then Borden becomes it's own entity.

Share price will rise....and other suitor perhaps AEG ( waiting on east limb results ) will finance another 20 million shares at say 4.50 with plus a hgiher value 1/2 warrant.

Dave can always keep playing the Borden card and force 50 % of the development costs to the "lumber" people to make them a partner. They do not want to partner !! Shouold just take a 3-4% NSR and when borden is producing 4 years from now...one of those royalty companies will buy the NSR for say 20-100 million or whatever gold is worth at the time.

Just goes to show you how complex this stuff can get...if clear title is not available.

I hope dave finds 3-4 gm / ton over 120 metres shallow in east limb. Share price goes up....could be a large tract of land. Leave Borden on Simmer....tell the lumber folks...get back to in 2047...please leave a message at the sound of the tone.

If share price hits high cause gold is high...their will be numerous suitors...but finding more gold "Especially east limb" is critical to a 10 dollar price tag. At which point .,..you could finance a million different ways to start a profitable mine.

I for one believe the U.S. Dollar is dead. Russia may start asking for payments with Gold not treasuries....maybe China and other countries will do the same.

U.S. 2 trillion in interest payments 0.5 trillion to run the country. A lot of U.S. treauries already swapped for gold....

Gold will see > 2500 end of next year....and > 5000 3 years from now.

FIAT currency literally means...and so it shall be.

Currencies remain strong will be anyone country that has commodity export, gas, oil , minerals, fertilizer...list goes on and on.

What does that mean for Canada...well get our manufacturing sector in order with land and tax incentives for large corporation. Get the taxes from the people and keep your manufacturing competitive.
