I'm indirectly wondering where the justification is for such a heavy donation at the expense of owner dilution? I would like an explanation from my Board concerning what Mr. Haymann has done for us lately to deserve this disproportioned hand-out? It is a feeling that the Board does not quite respect the other owner's needs to be informed. It seems like the paid help thinks the company belongs to them, much like our elected government salaried employees.
