This is a good catch. Kind of hilarious, in the sense that Frank just "park" himself at the front step of the Valhalla at 11:15am hosting a Press Conference just shy of 1 hour before the lunch time debate between Ms Kitty and Andrea on RoF.

Frank will explain the proposed legislation (2-page ads in the G&M) and job creation plan for Northern Ontario. Is Frank playing proxy for Tim? It would be good to bring Vic Fedeli along, or somehow Vic will just magically appear during the press conference to chime in during Frank's discussion of the job creation plan and provide some hints about the PC plan on job creation (consistent with what discussed by Frank)...and the Feds more than willing to match the yet to be announced PC budget for the RoF infrastructure, say $1.1B plus more than $1.1 B contribution from the Feds. Surprise.
