Perhaps there is no need to get all the lands from Borden Gold to the 100% Ava Claire/Ivanhoe claims, which are large enough for exploration. Only some key parcels of lands that Probe would have immediate need to wrap Borden Gold in a nice and neat package. If the rest can come along with some reasonable price then fine, but this is not a desperate case. The wedge is one piece (but it's only a 200m gap) which is convenient to have, but Probe can go around it for the underground operation. The of the piece is across the lake, it just a thin strip before reaching 100% Probe claims (and the NIK, but NIK could be too far). If the expansion is heading toward the SW then it's the JV with REC.
