In 2011 some analyst said Jim Sinclair's stock, TNX.To, was going to zero when it was above $5 1/2, somewhere. The shorting group probably had his family tied up or something to get him to make such a rediculous remark. Shortly after, if I recall correctly, the shares nose-dived for a while one day all the way down to above $1. As the chairman of TNX.To, Jim had plenty to say and even threatened a law suit against someone connected to the suspected scheme. Sinclair's shares started trading on the TSE but some years back began trading, also, on the ASE.

Noticed Morgan upticked the shares 3 cent on the bell with one of their 100 share lots. This was more than likely for tomorrow's affect of being off an additional 3 cents. It is felt that the group's objective is somewhere over $1.80 but that won't stop me from buying more if it gets close to $2. It is suspected that there are big value players planning not to let the shorts cover where they want to. Watch for any big crosses, this could be the beginning of the end for the shorts if the new longs get the shares.
