That would seem to fit well with the saying: "the rich is getting richer and the poor is getting poorer".

The rich has the money, hence no panic with those folks, and they can afford to sit and wait, and perhaps add a few more (or a lot more) cheap shares during a ,panic sale, while the poor, especially those on margin, would dump the shares at a loss, or forced to sell, into the waiting hands.

It's always nice to have extra dry powder. If the fundamentals still hold for a company, the ounces of Au (4.3 + HGZ? = at least 8Moz) in the ground is not going anywhere, and during a panic with flood flowing in the streets, it would be the time to come out with the dry powder to mop things up.

Sounds aweful, but it's the reality.

PRB price chart look a bit better this morning, but the SP is still cheap.
