Is this the beginning of the sell off initiated by Scotia Bank?

Its a bit unimaginable because of Probe's previous PEA, but they have hung off a new PEA for over a year. That is I could easily see their counter as a PEA upto the time prior to the continuation of drilling underneatht the lake. and a later PEA including the underneath material of the HGZ.

What is it that Scotia Bank knows that we don't know?
