There is speculation that several stocks (NOT, KWG,...) may be halted before the announcement. Would PRB included in that group due to its Black Creek 100% holding (used to belong to NOT), and its potential JV with one of the key players, e.g. KWG, or NOT?

Good luck to all PRB share holders. There is fair a bit of discussion on KWG board. Note also that the AG office staff will appear at the Appeal Court to "clarify?" some items that may have an impact on CLF Appeal of the Lands Commissioner's ruling.
