Good stuff. Perhaps, PRB would be interested to see this letter.
In addition, if the actual or potential culprits are aware of this action (complaint to IIROC), perhaps the questionable and unusual trading activities could cease all together or at least be significantly reduced? Not sure if they read our posts.
