I have commented on KWG board. If the governments act fast, PRB little Black Creek would benefit.

Even though smaller than BD and BH, A 10 M tonnes deposit (85% M&I, 15% Inferred) of potential DSO (on high ground, and at an advanced state of development) would bring in some decent money). PRB can either by sell it outright to other (for over $100+M), or have some JV with a partner like KWG? for a steady profit stream. BC is probably the best deposit to be developped first in the area, due to its compact size and location (quite shallow compared to others).

Start with BC first, then inch over to BD, if CLF decides to sell, or starts to behave.
