As I understand, it has been reported elsewhere that the FBI has started the investigation, and the SEC is actively looking into it. We will wait for the outcome. But the fact that the cat (the scheme) has been out of the bag and they have fingered the culprit who was squirming and fighting for survival in a debate, link below...very entertaining. Keep on watching past the end of the first video, since there is another video with Lewis interview, just himself by two hosts. This is more cool, calm and collected compared to (at time) the shouting match in the first video.
