Message: Lesson from BHP - PRB spin-off assets for better valuation

Dave could follow BHP example to spin off PRB into 3 entities (even splitting PRB into 2 subsidiaries, plus Borden Gold as a spin-off company would do)

1. Borden Gold: the main zone plus the HGZ totalling ~10M oz and growing. Get this one ready for a bidding war.

2. Probe Exploration: A new explorartion company containing all the claims outside Borden Gold (including the REC JV). New sandbox for Dave to play in with his drills.

3. Black Creek Chromite in the RoF: Get it ready for an outright sale, or forming a JV with KWG (let KWG do all the work) so that KWG could start developing BC as a chromite mine right away rather than wait for NOT to sink a shaft. A JV with KWG is good for both company, since PRB does not need the cash from BC and KWG would have a better overall plan. It has the plan for the RR, the gas-powered furnace,...and now BC ready to be developed as a high-grade mine @1M tonnes/yr over a 10 year period. While waiting for other deposits to come on-line BH, BD (who know, may be CLF wanted to sell), they could crank up the production to 2M tonnes to generate more cash flow (this thing is a cash cow, based on CLF proposal for BT)

Somebody in the Toronto are want to pay a visit to Frank and Dave and paint a simple picture (of item 3) for them? would be willing to accept (gratefully) a 50% commission, in shares would do, no need for cash. LOL.
