A surprise move by PRB, maybe because we have little idea of what is happening in the Board Room and in the field, the silent treatment is probably for the best. Agree that the strike of the HGZ and Low grade is quite linear and shows no possibility of getting into the REC claim block. However,in the past there has been some indication of conductive zones in the footwall of the Low Grade Zone [LGZ], I believe it is mentioned in the first 43-101 and on early day maps. Any such zone would be closer to the REC ground. There was also a drill program on VTEM anomalies on REC, I recall these were striking N-S but no results were released.
If Kaiser speculations [based on Palmers technical talk at the PDAC] are correct re a possible genetic model being a regional high temperature creation where gold ' was bled into a ductile shear zone through metamorphic fluid flow ' then this might have regional implications in the KSZ, possibly leading to many more deposits being found. Looking more and more like this fits with PRB's headline; "Building Ontario's Newest Gold District".
For now there are just too many gaps in the information so will continue to sit and wait. john
