Read the MD&A , the latest one near the end of 2013 (Sept?), yesterday. It's on Sedar.

- Yes, they don't have much in their kitty, less than 50k (needed to conserve cash by postponing payments to directors, etc...if I read it correctly, due to multi-tasking, lol!)

-Also, the JV with PRB was renewed (valid until 13 March 2014, which is yesterday). So not sure what's going on there. Someone with a good rapport with PRB may want to call Karen asking about this.
