My guess: 9.1m a typo. The correct number, as per NR, is 39.0m @ 16.3gpt, which is excellent (equivalent to over 200m @ 3gpt, a grade which would be considered economical for an underground operation, especially with a confined, i.e. well behaved, deposit).

Perhaps, you should let John Hayes of BMO know for a correction.

Are people trying to keep the SP low?
