Who is going to seriously challenge Agnico for an asset in their backyard?

Unlike Augusta, PRB can fight off a hostile TO - someone wanting a large # of shares will have to run up the SP, and won't be successful at pulling this company away from shareholders, when we're sitting on a major new gold find - shareholders here simply have to hold fast and openly express their unwillingness to tender shares.

In the event of hostile TO attempt, I suggest PSU come out with a release that simply says - PSU to suitor - Take a hike.
