The offer for the ROF land has come and gone with Cliff. Why sell it when it will bring little to the table. The selling process will serve as a distraction for the Probe management team at a time Boarden Lake needs their full attention. In addition, time may alter the fortunes up there in the ROF. It a place with great promise but the question is , when? It could be years before we see some movement in the ROF. The property was instrumental in securing funding at a time when we had little else to lean on. Let it sit on the shelf until the ROF comes back to life.
