This must be a very recent coverage of PRB form Raymond James. If so, is there a link for it?

I found one coverage from RJ on PRB which has a date 17 Sept 2013 with a headline about PRB as a a potential target for a TO at a premium of 35.7% (i.e. at $2.82 from SP about $2.08? at that time). But I don't think this is the most recent one.
