Yes, it is. I had some inkling, but did not want to guess. This KSZ is shown (yellow) in PRB Corp Presentation, Slide 7. If one looks closely the yellow blob seems to cover the Ivanhoe/Ava-Claire claims as well. The colour scheme presentation may cause some (mis-) interpretation that the yellow blob does not cover the light blue blob (Ivanhoe).

In addition, in one of the diagram showing PRB claims (the one showing the East Limb Project) there are two Zones, the Borden Zone, and the Associated Zone, which seem to envelopethe Inanhoe property. I have not tried to find out why PRB called the 2nd zone "Associated".
