Hello rosehill,

It would be interesting for a NR that says/implies something like this:

- winter drilling will begin very shortly, with several drill rigs (3 rigs would be fine). In addition, the drills are deep drills that are capable of going deep (say 1200 -1800m)

- 2 of the drills will be set up, initially at 2500mSE and about 200m from off the shore of he forestry company claims. The 3rd drill will be set up in the 100% PRB claim just east of the forestry company claims. In other words, the idea is to send a signal that PRB does not need those claims anyway, just in case the 2 companies decide to play hard to get (for more money of course). This gap of claims is just a few hundred metres anyway, same as the potential strike length on the NW side of the lake (the wedge). Just leapfrog over them, unless the companies would be willing to strike a reasonable deal.

- Similar approach could be taken with about the 10 cottages on the lake shore. Unless they want to sell at some reasonable price, just leave them alone, since a hold-out of one or two cottagers may mess up the negotiation.

- The 100% PRB claim may contain a potential strike length of some 4km before it would nick the SW corner of NIK claims if the deposit keeps on going in the same direction. So, a hit with the first hole on this 100% claims would be a good thing.

All distances mentioned here are approximate, and the deposit is assumed to take a very slight plunge (say around 15 degree) thus it should be within the capability of a deep drill (1800m) to intersect the deposit.

I am just getting a little impatient with the speed of the potential land deals. Of course, I am prepared for a surprise.
