The number of PRB sahres shorted as of Nov 30 rose 10300 to 18608 shares!I don't know if this is meaningful or not?

Is there any way to track the # of naked shorts traded even though such a practice is illegal!

Obviously it is overlooked by the authorities!!!!!!!!!!!!
