Attempt at price capping

In a genuine effort to dispose of shares a seller would want to match sales on an offering. In the reported sales below BMO appears and there is no matching by anonymous. So if price capping is the motive of the anonymous seller, then sure, let a suspected retail order do it for you. So from the sales below it is believed that there is price capping in progress by an unknown entity.
