Hello Snoek,
How about posing the following two questions for me when you meet Dave in Geneva:
1. Status of the land acquisition, especially around the HGZ;
2. Any plan to make BC chromite property more attractive to potential buyer. One of the possibilities (suggestion) could be a JV with KWG to entice CLF to come to the table for a chat.
If CLF would not not bite then, in a JV with KWG, BC could be developed to become the first mine in the region (would be attractive to other majors), noting that KWG and PRB control the transportation access around CLF BT.
The BC deposit is large enough (10Mtonnes of high grade chromite) to last more than 20 years with some handsome profit/yr. Who get out of the gate first wins in this game. Initially they can stockpile the ore and ship it out by trucks using ice roads while waiting for the RR to become available. PRB does not need to get involved too much in this JV...just dress BC up to make her look pretty for proposals from the major. KWG Frank can do most of the work...he's good at it.
The idea of having a potential competitor in the RoF would scare the he...k out of CLF.
Have a good chat.
