My guess is that when Dave says $6 is acceptable he is simply talking in the context of today's terrible junior market. He is probably thinking that at $6/share in today's market, a majority of shareholders would accept the offer. I think his answer would be very different if we can fly under the radar for a couple of more years, prove that we have 10 mil plus ounces (or perhaps a lot more), and hopefully the gold price is above $2000. Then surely a bid lower than $200/ounce or $2 billion or say $20/share would not be acceptable. This is why my #1 worry is that we don't get enough time to prove out the value of this hidden gem we call PRB.
