Perhaps this guy brings more to the table than we know from available sources. Perhaps he rubs elbows with some hot shots realted to the mining sector. Perhaps he is not just a friend of a friend who's turn it is to get free shares and warrants.

But I agree with Stainless and WB...on the "Surface" it seems there are many others that could fit the bill related to offering an entreprenurial vision and experience in selling businesses. I'd rather have Steve Ballmer, and thats not a compliment.

My gut tells me Dave is not willing to fight all these Board battles as he is too busy creating real value for shareholders and himself, and an ugly relationship with the Board could derail his efforts both personally and professionally. Thanks goodness the deposit is big enough to bring all the passengers in 1st class along for the ride and a safe landing.

Go Dave, Go. And lets announce the land deal and latest drill results soon after the Denver conference so all those impressed by your presentation will indeed purchase their tickets prior to takeoff.
