Sure would be nice to get the announcement prior to the upcoming Denver conference. Probe is scheduled to present on September 25th at 11:45am(MDT). I'm sure Dave is frustrated as well, thinking he has made a few reasonable offers only to see greed rear its ugly head. Of course Im speculating, but the land is as good as gold and the owners know that.
If, prior to the conference, Dave can sign the land deal, release another round of drill results and provide an updated timeline for the feasibility studies that should be enough to boost the share price for a strong 4th quarter run.
Ahhh, but the Fraud Reserve may begin its Taper Caper and roil the gold markets (again). Right now we are getting to a point where a few more down days on the POG could begin to undue the good work the spot price has done technically. Certainly, Probe has fared much better, and for good reason. However the holiday shopping season could be upon us before all the candy and pumpkins are even on the shelves.
Silver (& Gold) lining...if the POG does begin to significantly retreat, perhaps the price of the land stops going higher, as the owners begin to worry about a scenario where no one will develop the claim if it becomes economically unfeasable to do so. I certainly would be highlighting that possibility in my negotiations. C'mon loggers, take the money & run!
Hopeful ElP will keep us informed on the strength of gold and our shares. Wonder what Armstrong sees for the near and intermediate term...?
