Mark,

"Given the opportunity to choose, and either continue on the “Exploration” side with a Probe less Borden (in the Field) or as a “Mine Operator” for Borden (in the Office), I think his choice would be the former. LTGoldB".

Agree that Dave would choose what his DNA dictates. May be, and most likely (?), under the buyout Borden deposit by a big fish, e.g. Barrick, the big fish would want to have its own team to take charge of the operations. They have excellent staff to do this stuff, while Dave's expertise is in the field. The choice would be quite easy for him, or he will be pushed out of the "Office". Big fish does not want interference, they want to do their own thing.

Even though large gold companies, e.g. ABX, have sufferred huge losses due to the drop in POG, but they have recovered somewhat and still have appetite for nice deposits, like Borden with a potential 10+M ozAu, in a "class A+ jurisdiction". Their Hemlo mines are not profitable and the ounces of gold reserves are much less attractive than what PRB current reserves. In addition, ABX has trouble with the building of their huge mine in South Africa. Perhaps, it would be safer to come back to Ontario, the jurisdiction they know well.

Bet that PRB would be on their short list.
