Rosehill, you are perhaps correct that Black Creek does not play any part in the stock price as it stands. As the ring of fire opens up, which it will, this is a nice little piece of real estate to be holding. It could easily become a cash cow if sold at the right time and at more than the $60 mil offer of years gone by. Things are lining up for the "ring"and anything associated will be worth a bundle when the time is right. JMHO. the deputy
