Yes, it appears PRBs SP is being massaged - but by who? AEM? - Doubt it. We have seen this manipulation of PRBs SP long before AEM took a position in PRB.

Will OSC do anything? Doubt it. I urge the Canadians on this board to file a formal complaint with the OSC, its quite easy to do - request they review these suspect trades.
