If it's were the case then it would be a cool $1/4 M profit for just a few weeks...and AEM still has 6.5M shares left and 7.5 M wts at $2.10.

The deal was closed 28 May 2013 with a "hold" period ending on Sept 29, 2013. Can AEM sell during the hold period?
