Why would you think this is a good deal ? RR was over $13 not too very long ago, POG is just starting to recover, They are cashed up, exploration potential is wide open (intrepid zone), and the BOD wants to sell out at the bottom of the market. I feel Ray and the board are selling out the shareholder's big time. Did anyone bother to look at thier compansation packages!
