Message: Another BMO FT financing ? That´s ridiculous! 2012 all forgotten ? Deja vu ?

After the 2012 FT financing desaster with BMO, who shorted PRB to death once the shares became free trading and even supported that shorting with a ridiculous coverage of $ 1,45 when all others were covering between $ 4-5, I can´t believe, Probe is doing it again !

Let me just copy some of my conversation from just over a year ago (April 2012) with Probe PR/MM:

Dear Karen,dear David,

unfortunately, I have to contact you again regarding this ridiculous situation of "institutional shorting" and "share price destruction" of my investment.

I understand that there are tough times out there. But that makes it even more neccessary to have a plan for protection of the company´s assets and value.

General market circumstances are an explanation but no excuse.

Our market cap has lost nearly $ 146 million or over 65% in just 12 weeks, despite an updated positive RE.

I would expect management to come forward with some official statement (i.e.letter to shareholders) as to the plans to tackle this situation.

What if there is this situation ongoing for the next 12 months or even longer ? Does the company just carry on drilling and putting out NR´s and updated NI 43-101 RE´s with the effect of a further declining share price ?

Just to suddenly realize that at some point there will be someone offering 30% above the 30 day trailing average and steal the company ?

"Our Institutional Supporters, however, have decimated the Market Capitalization of this company to a now barely 10% of the Borden Real Asset Valuation. This deceitful Financing was for advantageous Tax Gains, then incorporating the “Plan” of Selling in masse after the minimum hold period, to enact part 2 and follow through with the Plans real money making, “Short Trading Scheme” for the Real Profiteering. This Plan easily takes down the price of Probe, by flooding the market with millions of free-trading placement shares, while at the same time piling on the Short Positions. And I thought the Incubator Financiers like Dwek and Pinetree had unscrupulous dealings with the juniors and taking advantage thereof!

What now can a Junior do, all juniors need this sustaining capital to fund growth for survival?

First, they need to limit the amounts of these predatory financings. Sure,it seemed nice at the time, to get $25M handed to us on a Silver Platter.

They, BMO must really like Borden!!! We did gain $25M Cash but have lost over $100M in Shareholder MCap. Who do you think made the difference of $75M? Sure was not the Retail Investor!

Second, try to avoid the Institutions as much as possible. Find the Producer, willing to take an Initial 10 or 20% interest in the project.

Someone really concerned, in the commodity biz and insider of the Industry for real support."

Sounds familiar ? Deja vu ?
