First of all I read the full pr and I guess its not to hard to understand it.

Anyway, they didn't really pay 2$. Its FT-shares, therefore they paid much less than 2$, depending on individuell tax rates. I'm not sure if you are familiar with FT-shares.

Accoring to Dave we are funded through the end of this year. Why not releasing a great PEA and afterwards doing financing at a much higher price.

At leas market doesn't really care.
