Can't argue with your reasoning as I don't believe BMO came into this project to make very little % on their money. If i'm not mistaking ,BMO broke their funds investing rules to do the deal . I think BMO's team smelled the great possibility of a multiple of their investment for them to come on board . I would well imagine that BMO had experts look this over very carefully before the decision was made.
