I guess we can pick a day to put up a wall at a price that will send a message. I can always use more PRB shares at this price. We will need numbers to make this effective.
I imagine the whole thing will violate some rules. After all, we are conspiring to manipulate the price of a publicly traded stock. We know the OSC frowns on this type of activity.
