If you want the regulators to show up we need to give them cause. Suppose retail investors on the Agoracom site got together and synchronized trading activity to influence the stock price for PRB. Even today’s algorithms are not programed to anticipate this sort of event. As individual traders we have little influence. As a group we can move mountains if we act as a collective. I’m not sure how we would accomplish this but history has taught us that we do better in numbers. This sort of action should bring the regulators to our front doors. After all, we are not part of the club….LOL
