Would it not make more sense for Palmer to announce the new assays (if available? ) results (lode gold?) BEFORE PDAC and include them later (not by end march) in the PEA, ....... say, about mid april, thus pushing up sp to > $1.70 and ensuring the exercise of the warrants/cash-up??
