- Scenario A: Bring BL to production in 5 years is a NO GO for me, since patience is not my virtue. Besides, despite Dave's public expression (posturing?) of his desire to be a producer, he could change his mind if the offer is right for the present deposit.
- Scenario C: Noway, investors would fight tooth and nail.
- Scenario B: Dress up BL current deposit and parade it in front of potential suitors for the best offer, leaving the rest in NewCo as you indicated (cash, BC and the new claims beyond the current "pit constrained" deposit) and spin this company off to all current shareholders. This would fit well with Dave as "an explorer" as well. He has done a super job. Why not just stick to what you do best and leave emotion/desire aside.
With the current cash and the cash from the sale of BC Dave would have a lot of flexibility to do whatever drilling he would like to do... have a dozen drills turning on the remaining claims with NewCo if he wants to. Bet that he will hit something significant in a year or two. And this, I would have patience for.
