Included below is the PRB chart and below the graph is the MACD chart. The faster moving average line has traded above the slower average line which is considered a buy signal by the funds. It seems that days ago when the quicker moving average line had traded beneath the slower one is when the short interest built up. The trend has reversed leaving the shorts eating crow and wondering what's next on this move.
