This is a follow on of your statement "Based on the Junior average of $48 /oz Gold, the Probe average valuation should be $305.4M, or $4.68 / share outstanding, based only on Borden!".
Just want to remind our folks here that PRB chromite at BC and the real estate holdings in the RoF are quite significant and could potentially fetch some top dollars (say asking price over $100M).
- BC chromite is next door to BD and could be considered as part of BD game plan.
- RoF real estate: So valuable as a transportation corridor for CLF and KWG and other companies.
I noted two pieces of interesting info:
1. In is mine plan for BT, CLF has its access road to the new airport and worker accommodation (on the bank of the Musketei river) right on PRB property. Ditto for part of the ore trucking route on PRB and and then on FNC real estate heading south. So CLF has big plan for us, but did not bother to tell us (and FNC)?
2. Recently, KWG has it's own plan (jointly with CLF presumably) as shown in the link below. KWG has great plan for us: Using our land to dump waste rock (but not on the BC portion though....interesting, presummably BC is worth something?) and Frank did not bother to tell Dave? In addirion, the RR link is now shown to be heading west crossing the Muketei river and this is on FNC real estate. KWG is also using FNC (the northern portion) for dumping low grade ore, and some other structures...and Frank did not bother to tell FNC.

Perhaps (Mark) could check with PRB to see if Dave is aware of all this. If not, then we have not been treated with enough respect. We should perhaps put on the "No trespassing" sign at the boundary.
Imagine, your neighbour is buiding a pool and unilaterally decides to place the big digger for digging the hole for the pool on your property (with dump trucks running in and out...without asking for your permission. I will ask KeepDigging on KWG board to check this with KWG.
