Stainless,
Remember CLF plan for BT already has road over BC to the west where the new proposed airport (shared with NOT) and worker accommodation facilities are located? And another access road is going south to the proposed staging area (part of KWG plan) to take the ore out. This road cuts righ through FNC claims (there goes the pool in the backyard). Not sure if CLF has consulted anybody when it drew up the plan for BT. May be just another easement application? and CLF thinks that it can wait it out for those little companies to fold (with its 1 year delay) and scoop them up cheap like FWR and SPQ.
Perhaps, it's time to explore the Chinese connections (or the Chinese can explore us if they like what they see). They may be a lot more flexible than CLF. They even have enough cash to help build the RR, not for charity, but for a profitable operation. Apparently, CN has a few offices in China.
