Message: price suppression

It seems the folks on the NOT forum are also complaining about price suppression. Wonder what NOT and PRB have in common. I seem to remember NOT making life difficult for a large steel company during the takeover of FWR. Then PRB gave the same company the cold shoulder when they offered $60M for their Chromite deposit.

Entities use Anon to conceal their name for strategic reasons. Wonder if Probe is of strategic importance to some unknown entity.

This post is from SUM on the NOT forum:

Are we seeing the last kick at the NOT can? I put in a bid at .37 and got filled, but seeing the price flirting with returning to the low .40's I wasn't sure it would take place. I figured NOT might be heading north again with Fall expectations. I guess we'll see, but someone sure wants to see NOT stopped on the side of the road until they're ready to get on or announce something. With all due respect to Babjack's theory about takeover, I still don't rule it out. The bottom line for me is if a stock isn't really doing any volume but every time it starts to move upward, it meets with resistance and the stock is a very large land holder with proven resources in an area that is the talk of the town so to speak and in competition with a major.......well....it's hard to overlook the possibility regardless of Baosteel. Consider NOT's value in the ground and it's current SP. Consider our latest large American investor that I believe has something equal to Baosteel's involvement in NOT. I wonder how much the US likes the idea of China having access to the largest Cr find on the planet? Would Baosteel attempt to outbid the US gov't, whom I expect would back US interest in Canada on Chromite? We wait to (maybe) see. Pure speculative thinking on my part.
