The only proof that these crooks exist would be to estabish it in a civil suit. The mentality of the board members I would presume is, money spent on litigation is risky and depletes the treasury thus reducing funds for drilling and in the end, for them. Many exploration companies exist purely as an income producer for the corporate participants, not saying this is the case here.
As a concerned body, I believe it is PSU's duty to approach the board demanding an informal fact finding mission into price suppression by consulting Jim Sinclair and considering his advice. Once the accomplished professional focuses the board, if that is possible, then their next step would be to contact other boards and determine if there in a big enough consensus to move forward on a nominal shared cost basis, the more the merrier.
If the board and we do nothing, then prepare yourselves for the suspected final wealth stealing wrath of uncontrolled sociopathic greed.
