The Natural Resource Holdings report (see link below) provides excellent support as to just how viable Probe's gold reserves at the Borden Lake project are. Based on the gold reserves in the April NI43-101, Borden Lake was ranked 136th out of 439 mines and deposits (on pg 19), and 37th out of 164 undeveloped deposits over 1MM oz owned by independent juniors (pg 26). What will the ranking be next year, and the year after??
Such milestones achieved by Probe at Borden Lake in less than 2 years is more than astounding.
Keep in mind that the very first discovery hole was drilled only 20 months ago. As of July 31, 2012 a reported total of 256 holes have been drilled with only 2 not completed. All other holes have resulted in highly positive assay reports. The NRH report is based upon the April, 2012 NI43-101 Resource Report that covered only 159 holes. Assay reports from approximately 100 additional holes (62% more than in the April NI43-101) could result in 62% more gold reserves are now in place. That might increase Probe's total reserves to over 9 million ounces.
A good guess is that as many as 300 holes will be completed by the end of 2012. Optimistically, it is quite possible (probable) that Probe's total gold reserves will exceed 10 to 12 Million ounces by Q1 of 2013.
