Dave tells me the trading activity has been reviewed and PRB finds no pattern of illegal trading. Whether or not the trading is ethical is something you will have to discuss with Dave.

Whether the company can do more to promote PRBs assets directly to investors is also an issue you may want to ask mgmt about.
