Mark, there is no real reason for delaying this decision. At least, a spin-out which is not distributed to existing shareholders, won't affect the balance sheet. Distribution could happen more quickly, should a take-over attempt occur in the meantime. This is about protecting shareholder value. Creating value can be dealt with later. FANTOMAS
