Perhaps:

1) There's actually no news to report to SH. Doesn't seem likely but it's possible.

2) Negotiating a buy out. Could make sense because you're seeing a lot of support at $1.00 and resistance at $1.05. Someone might be trying to stablize the price during the neogitations.
