When did Dave tell you that there is a blackout period in effect? If we are currently under a blackout period then it can only mean that Dave and the board are negotiating for something that would be considered material to the company. Did he say how long the board has been in a blackout period? Perhaps it has to do with more land acquisition or some development on our other properties. Our price is being held at the $1 mark so I’m a little concerned if we are in a blackout period.
