Mark,

Nice total from top institutions. Plus PSU 13% and management (32 + 13 + ?) = 45%+ which is way over 1/3. If we just all band together, a low-ball offer would not be sucessful, unless the rest of the gang (except PSU) would support the "low-ball" offer, then PSU would have to fall back on the 10%+ strategy.
